Our founder James Augustine grew up in his family's commercial real estate company in Hawaii and launched Big Island Commercial Properties in 2016. He treats every property as an asset with a future worth planning for, not just a building to keep running. He invests in this market himself, which is why owners, investors, and fellow brokers turn to him first.
